cancellation policy

Once you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients, we kindly ask for 24hrs or more notice for any appointment rescheduling or cancellations. A confirmation text & email will be sent 48hrs prior to your appointment. All bookings with a session time of 1hr and over require a $50 deposit. Failure to notify the salon with more than 24hrs notice will result in your $50 deposit being redeemed or a cancellation fee applied to your next appointment. If the appointment is part of a treatment package the session will be redeemed.

Health & Safety

We kindly ask all our clients in the interest of our Beauty Therapists and fellow clientele, if you are experiencing any cold and flu symptoms to please reschedule your appointment.

Please advise of any health conditions or medications you may be taking as your treatment may not be able to be performed.

If you are prone to Cold Sores we recommend taking an anti viral prior to coming in for any skin needling treatments or peels.

Please also advise your Therapist if you are pregnant as some treatments or products may not be safe.

Child Policy

At Halo we understand it is not always easy to find someone to mind your little ones, our Beauty Therapists will not be able to watch over your children during your appointments so please ensure they’re near yourself or in their pram under your watchful eye. Bring as many quiet toys and snacks as you please!

Arriving to your appointment

If you are a new client please ensure you arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment to fill out relevant documents for your visit.

There is ample free parking located at Westfield Helensvale, the best parking for access to our salon is located off Town Centre Dr.

We do not have restrooms in our space so please feel free to utilise the centre restrooms located near Creme Espresso.

If you are running late please call us prior to your appointment time, as we run our appointment schedule back to back we may not be able to complete your treatment or need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are available for purchase and can be used on product and services within Halo Beauty & Skin Clinic. Gift vouchers are not refundable or redeemable as cash. Gift Vouchers must be treated as cash, without an invoice a Gift Voucher cannot be reissued if misplaced. Gift Vouchers are redeemable for 3 years from date of issue. Gift Vouchers purchased for promotional treatments such as but not limited to Christmas Packages are redeemable for 12 months. Late arrivals or no shows may result in the forfeit of the Gift Voucher.
